What began as a family-led enterprise has grown into a multi-disciplinary development group delivering signature residential communities such as Neoterra, Mediterra and Terrahill, supported by end-to-end services from acquisition to rental management and resale.
At Basework, we designed and developed Kıbrıs Developments’ new website, creating a calm, image-led digital experience that reflects the brand’s Mediterranean living principles and its long-term approach to development.
In the UI/UX process, we structured projects on sale, completed projects and the marketplace within a clear information architecture, giving each development its own detailed page so that prospective buyers can easily compare projects and get in touch.
On the development side, we built a fast, responsive WordPress infrastructure with a flexible content system and four languages (English, Turkish, German and Russian) to serve an international audience, allowing the team to manage projects and listings on their own.
The result is an elegant, reliable and easily manageable website that presents Kıbrıs Developments’ award-winning projects to investors and residents around the world.
